SPACE IT Sp. z o.o. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team.
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and industry events.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of lead data into our CRM system, maintaining a high level of data quality and integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, share best practices, and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine our lead generation processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in IT companies or companies providing lead generation services.
- Languages: Upper-intermediate level in both English & German languages.
- Platforms: Experience with LinkedIn and/or Upwork platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and compile ICP.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing skills for outreach.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Sales Principles: Understanding of the principles of sales.
