About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ecolab as a Travel & Expenses Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on travel expense reports submitted by employees in Europe.
  • Provide timely support to Concur users, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Develop and generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to inform Global Travel Management strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of automatic data posting.
  • Act as a backup for other European markets, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Preset control documents for internal and external auditors, ensuring seamless audits.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for new joiners from EU countries, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with any other European language being an asset.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Capacity to drive process improvements independently.
  • Knowledge of SAP and financial processes is a plus.
