We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Procurement Manager to develop and manage our global supply chain, ensuring project success through a network of reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Development: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to create a robust and responsive supply chain.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage and oversee all procurement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project requirements. Regularly report updates to senior management regarding procurement status and challenges.
  • Tender Management: Organize and facilitate the tendering process for procurement activities, ensuring the selection of the most suitable partners to meet project demands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to coordinate procurement-related activities and ensure seamless integration into project workflows.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity and accountability in procurement processes.
  • Business Travel: Be prepared for business travel to meet suppliers and engage in critical negotiations that enhance project capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Engineering is required, providing the necessary technical foundation for this role.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Procurement Manager/Specialist role or a closely related field, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex procurement environments.
  • Market Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the Polish and CEE markets, along with a proven track record in procurement within these regions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for managing data and reports.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, allowing for effective communication in an international setting.
