We are looking for a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Swedish Speaking Help Desk Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving complex technical issues.
Your key responsibilities will include answering inquiries about contracts, payments, and technical issues related to one of the world's largest streaming services. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions to our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. We offer a comprehensive onboarding training program to ensure your success in this position.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in Swedish at a minimum C1 level, has excellent English language skills, and is willing to work on-site at our office in Warsaw.
