About the Job

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of an international team located in Sekocin Nowy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first- and second-level support within the region for Standard Applications (M365, Adobe, and VPN Software).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Software maintenance and provisioning using SCCM
  • Client hardware and peripheral support
  • Network support (LAN) and monitoring of WAN and server
  • Introduction and training of new technologies
  • Licence management and platform services

Requirements

  • Relevant educational qualifications
  • Additional trainings for Microsoft (MCP level) and Cisco/Meraki
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the IT Service Desk area
  • ICT service operations and basic ITIL knowledge
  • Broad technical skills in hardware, OS, and software (Microsoft)
  • Basic technical skills in Server OS, network, and storage (SAN, NAS)
  • Basic application architecture know-how
  • Proficiency in Polish and English
