Account Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service across various projects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
  3. Liaise with suppliers, negotiate terms, and process orders and invoices.
  4. Ensure all orders are tracked and reported against contractual obligations.
  5. Communicate order status to departments to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Participate in industry trade shows to develop business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify sales opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain accurate customer files and submit reports to the Sales Manager in a timely fashion.

Skill Requirements

  1. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  2. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and first-class organisational abilities.
  3. Pro-active approach to sales management, ability to work under pressure, and keen eye for detail.
  4. Personable and professional character that builds client rapport, confidence to gain clients' trust, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and enthusiasm for creating outstanding campaigns.
