The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level operational execution and coordination of the strategic direction set by our Group Chief FCCO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on AML-CFT compliance to all levels of defense and stakeholders, including business and operations.
  • Monitor FCC regulatory developments and analyze their impact on our organization.
  • Ensure compliance with AML-CFT regulations across Worldline entities, coordinating activities through regular or ad hoc meetings.
  • Manage escalations to Group FCC, ensuring proper documentation and communication with CFCCO.
  • Enhance the FCC framework and ensure group-wide implementation of policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate AML-CFT risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks related to our activities, customers, and services.
  • Handle intra-group escalations and collaborate with the Group FCC data officer on risk management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of AML-CFT activities and report to senior management and the Board as required.
Requirements
  • Working experience in a Payment Service Provider and knowledge of relevant legislations.
  • At least 5 years of previous working experience as an AML officer and/or in FCC advisory role.
  • Sound knowledge of EU and any major AML legislations and Sanctions Regimes.
  • Experience in people management is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of experience working with regulators.
  • Proven record of knowledge with FCC certificates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with an ability to influence others.
