Overview

Our client is an international leader in the energy sector, driving innovation and growth through cutting-edge technology and solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their team.


Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising team leaders on talent management, succession planning, and learning and development. They will also lead recruitment processes, particularly for senior positions, and provide guidance on training opportunities for employees.


Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR management, business, sociology, psychology, or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Proven experience in managing complex labour law issues.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with evidence of confidentiality at a high level.
  • Good change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation.
