About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team in Warsaw as an Operations and Research Assistant. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting our International Operations Team, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Warsaw office.

This hybrid role will involve a variety of tasks, including administrative support, research assistance, and office management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our International Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer, executing clerical and general office duties, and acting as a point of contact for international subcontractors.

You will also be responsible for coordinating research activities, compiling and analyzing data, and assisting in the preparation of detailed reports about international markets. Additionally, you will be expected to be curious, learn, and explore new areas of the global renewable energy sector.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or first experience in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics)
  • Experience in administrative support preferred
  • Excellent execution skills, highly focused task completion, follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Requires resourcefulness, strong organization skills, and flexibility with hybrid work location/schedule
  • Positive outlook, desire to support and interact with others daily in an exciting, challenging, and ever-changing work environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Trello as a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or similar is a plus
