Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pioneering force in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on supporting our International Operations Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Warsaw office. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the International Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer
  • Executing clerical and general office duties, such as data entry, typing, copying, and ordering office supplies
  • Acting as a point of contact for international subcontractors and coordinating document process flow between them and different internal teams
  • Preparing forms, such as change orders, purchase orders, and service agreements
  • Other assistant and office management tasks, such as planning, organizing, and settling business trips, office space management, and ordering office supplies

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or first experience in a relevant field, excellent execution skills, and highly focused task completion, follow-up, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Trello is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or first experience in a relevant field
