Job Title: Renewable Energy Maintenance Manager

The Position

  • Lead the management of Offshore Wind Farm services, ensuring commercial and technical contractual conditions are met.
  • Develop and update the Offshore Wind Farm Asset Maintenance Strategy in collaboration with operations personnel.
  • Create a Maintenance Management System that supports the windfarm's needs for equipment, systems, and structures, adhering to regulatory requirements and safe operation standards.
  • Implement and utilize the latest requirements, methods, and tools for offshore wind turbines and Balance of Plant (BoP) infrastructure maintenance processes.
  • Lead maintenance activities based on risk-based failure management policy and other implemented methodologies.

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering subject.
  • Experience in Wind Maintenance or Wind Operations management, or a supervisory/team leader position in wind projects under operation.
  • Proven experience in operations and maintenance service contracts' management.
  • A strong interest in renewable energy and new technologies.
  • A sharp analytical mind.
  • Hands-on, responsible, structured, and detail-oriented with a big-picture perspective.
  • A team player with high integrity within an international team.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both oral and written.
