Business Development Manager

SUEZ, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a highly skilled Project & Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Recycling and Waste to Energy business in Europe and Central Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects in the pre-feasibility, feasibility, and bid phases, ensuring strategic alignment with the company's goals.
- Conduct country, business, and cross-functional analyses to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in the region.
- Lead feasibility studies, bids, and acquisitions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Structuring projects, defining contractual frameworks, and negotiating agreements with partners and customers.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management and business development roles, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
- Mastery of various business models and legal frameworks for waste infrastructure projects.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
SUEZ is a major player in environmental services, supporting local communities and industrial companies in the management of essential services such as water, waste, and air quality. With a presence in over 70 countries, SUEZ produces drinking water for 66 million people worldwide, recovers 2 million tons of secondary raw materials per year, and generates TWh of renewable energy from waste.
