Finance Billing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Billing Supervisor to join our team at Tenneco Automotive Polska Sp. z o.o. in Rybnik. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for coordinating high-value price change processes, resolving customer purchase order and price change issues, and managing successful billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate high-value price change processes with multiple business areas to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Drive resolution of customer purchase order and price change issues related to past due accounts receivables.
  • Manage successful billing processes, including manual billing and investigating and validating credit and debit billing adjustments.
  • Responsible for master data creation and connections throughout the manufacturing environment from contract to cash.
  • Ensure both Tenneco and customer requirements are met.
  • Creating reports to meet customers' needs, combining data from various systems to resolve customer queries around outstanding invoices.
  • Conducting account reconciliations, reviewing old items, and performing netting.
  • Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
  • Reconciliation of customers' accounts.
  • Setting priorities to achieve best collection results.
  • Participating in process improvements and new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent managerial experience.
  • Desire three years relevant experience in a business environment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing teams in a shared service center will be an asset and/or knowledge of Billing/Accounts Receivables process.
  • Working knowledge/experience with SAP desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
