Job Summary:

The Finance Billing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating a team within the Order to Invoice and billing function, handling OTI/Billing-related issues, and ensuring the successful billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high-value price change processes with multiple business areas, drive resolution of issues related to customer purchase orders and price changes, and manage past due accounts receivables.
  • Manage the billing process, investigate and validate credit and debit billing adjustments, and create master data for a manufacturing environment.
  • Prepare reports to meet customers' needs, combine data from various systems, and resolve customer queries around outstanding invoices.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, review old items, and perform netting.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports, reconcile customers' accounts, and set priorities to achieve best collection results.
  • Participate in process improvements and new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent managerial experience.
  • Three years of relevant experience in a business environment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in managing teams in a shared service center, knowledge of Billing/Accounts Receivables process, and working knowledge/experience with SAP are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
