Opis Stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego iOS Team Leadera, który dołączy do naszego zespołu i poprowadzi naszych programistów w realizacji innowacyjnych projektów mobilnych.

Zadania
  • Projektowanie i wdrażanie wysokiej jakości aplikacji Blix na platformę iOS.
  • Kierowanie zespołem programistów iOS, w tym mentoring, rozwój kompetencji i wsparcie techniczne.
  • Współpraca z innymi zespołami (backend, android, design, QA) w celu dostarczenia spójnych i optymalnych rozwiązań.
  • Udział w analizie wymagań projektowych oraz planowaniu architektury aplikacji.
  • Zapewnienie wysokiego poziomu jakości kodu oraz optymalizacji procesów programistycznych.
  • Monitorowanie najnowszych trendów technologicznych i wprowadzanie najlepszych praktyk do zespołu.
  • Praca z systemem zarządzania zadaniami JIRA.
  • Praca z systemem kontroli wersji Git.
Wymagania
  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia komercyjnego w pisaniu aplikacji na platformę iOS.
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w budowaniu i prowadzeniu zaangażowanego zespołu.
  • Umiejętność projektowania złożonych, skalowalnych aplikacji.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Swift.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomości Xcode.
  • Umiejętność pisania testów jednostkowych z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak XCTest, OHHTTPStubs.
  • Znajomość wzorców architektonicznych oraz projektowych, takich jak MVVM, VIPER.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z wykorzystaniem systemu kontroli wersji Git.
  • Znajomości dobrych praktyk wytwarzania oprogramowania (m.in. SOLID).
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym czytanie dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Doświadczenie w regularnych przeglądach i optymalizacji na podstawie danych z Firebase Crashlytics i Xcode Crashes.
  • Umiejętności szybkiego przyswajania wiedzy.

  • Dobra organizacja pracy - skrupulatne podejście do planu pracy oraz egzekucja planowanych czynności w zespole.
  • Samodzielność - drive do podejmowania decyzji.
  • Samodyscyplina - doświadczenie w kontroli zadań do wykonania zarówno swoich jak i zespołu.
  • Odpowiedzialność - emocjonalna relacja z realizowaną misją.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno werbalne, jak i pisemne, umożliwiające skuteczną współpracę z różnymi zespołami.
  • Elastyczność: umiejętność szybkiego dostosowywania się do zmian w środowisku pracy zdalnej.
Mile Widziane
  • Własne aplikacje na Apple Store.
  • Znajomość SwiftUI, Combine.
  • Znajomość programowania reaktywnego.
  • Projekty open source, aktywność na Stack Overflow.

  • Pracujemy całkowicie zdalnie i nie będziemy tego zmieniać. Jeśli potrzebujesz – mamy też biuro w centrum Poznania.
  • Pracujemy w elastycznych godzinach, równocześnie chcemy, żebyś był dostępny(-a) w Core Hours (10.00 - 15.00).
  • Pracujemy nad rozwojem własnych produktów/aplikacji, dlatego zależy nam na osobach, które mają drive i chcą wygrywać budując sukces rozwijanej in-house marki.
  • Komunikujemy się głównie na Slacku, do spotkań wykorzystujemy Google Meet.

  • Technical Interview - na tym spotkaniu (około 60 min) poznasz Bartka, który zada Ci kilka pytań technicznych.
  • Hiring Manager Interview - ostatnie spotkanie (około 60 min), na którym poznasz Karola Kamińskiego (Product Director).
  • Decyzja - I Ty i my podejmujemy decyzję czy chcemy razem pracować.
