Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our GenAI team. As a key member of our SRE organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the scalability, high-availability, deployment, and performance of our large-scale infrastructure.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with our development teams to identify and resolve production issues, proactively preventing them from happening again.
  • Automate tasks wherever possible, using infrastructure as code principles.
  • Take operational responsibility for the services we own, including participating in on-call rotations and conducting blameless post-mortem analyses.
  • Work closely with our team focused on Generative AI.

You Have:

  • Proficiency in Python and one or more modern programming languages (Java, Go, etc.).
  • Experience with containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS).
  • Familiarity with AWS and its various services.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles (Ansible, Terraform) and experience with GitLab/Jenkins pipelines.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
