We're currently seeking a Financial Recruitment Expert to support our Finance and Technology functions in Krakow.

Your responsibilities will include developing hiring strategies based on market knowledge, establishing relationships with professional networks, and conducting employer branding activities. As a Trusted Advisor, you'll guide business stakeholders through the recruitment process, focusing on the best candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process from talent identification to successful closing
  • Acting as a business advisor and building/maintaining close relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Preparing recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring great Candidate experience throughout the process
  • Providing insights with data, telling stories, and applying an analytical approach to recruitment data
  • Sharing market intelligence with managers and providing knowledge of the talent landscape

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Customer focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for the Finance and IT industry, understanding of market trends
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate attraction
  • Ability to be proactive and build strong relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English

We estimate the salary for this position to be around 60,000-80,000 PLN per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the expertise and dedication required for this role.
