GOLDMAN RECRUITMENT is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join their team in Kraków. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly performance management cycles, including business forecasts, actual analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders in sales, marketing, and supply chain to provide strategic finance support and insights.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Create presentations and forecasts for senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in management reporting and financial planning processes, including standardization and automation efforts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
