About the Role

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our Global Virtual Sales & Engineering EMEA organization.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to support our Finance Team with:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate Opex and Headcount forecasts, as well as analyzing forecast vs actuals to drive best-in-class forecast accuracy.
  • Providing in-depth analysis on Opex cost drivers, trends, and business partnering to support Sales Org Leadership team decision-making.
  • Offering financial expertise in all business-related matters.
  • Playing an active role in planning and budgeting processes.
  • Driving business and financial analysis to provide actionable insights and operational excellence while ensuring compliant and effective resource use.
  • Maintaining an operating environment that adheres to defined corporate compliance and controls, as well as Cisco-wide company policies and ethical standards.
Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the GVSE EMEA Finance team with a strong compliance mindset, working together to achieve outstanding business and financial results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance, 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial controlling, accounting, or business analysis with big multinational companies. Additionally, you should possess great analytical and Excel skills, be able to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive initiatives to implement change where necessary.

What We Offer

As a Senior Financial Planning Manager at Cisco, you can expect a competitive salary estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your experience and location.
