**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leverage your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to create comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, providing clear explanations and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, including stress testing and scenario analysis, to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial reporting, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports to senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership or senior analyst capacity.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and other relevant tools.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
