About Our Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Financial Planning Manager to join our team at the Ecolab Krakow Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating monthly performance management cycles, business forecasts, actual analyses, and reporting activities for Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data submission to corporate management systems
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership on business performance, strategic initiatives, and other key metrics
  • Design and implement effective management reporting processes to drive business decisions
  • Provide expert financial guidance on deal analysis, contract negotiation, and profit management
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support planning activities as needed
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent Excel modeling abilities
  • A master's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English
  • A self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
