About the Role
">We are seeking a Senior Leader to oversee our Poland-based Business Customers function within Financial Crime Prevention. This role is crucial in ensuring the bank's compliance and managing financial crime through ongoing due diligence.
You will lead a team of over 120 people, facilitating their performance and growth while collaborating with colleagues across multiple locations. Your department is responsible for performing KYC across various market areas, promoting Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
This position requires someone who excels in handling complex situations, thrives in an innovative environment, and focuses on people management. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in team management and running medium/large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large department, facilitating their performance and growth.
