Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controlling Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Finance Manager in preparing annual and monthly financial budget plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the Commercial Finance Manager: Develops financial plans in accordance with guidelines and deadlines set by the regional team and Corporate Finance.
  2. Develops Financial Plans: Coordinates month-end activities for budget spends / investment (Opex, M&S, whichever is applicable).
  3. Reviews and Develops Improved Processes: Sets up and embeds a system that satisfies different JTI financial reporting requirements and reflects market complexities.
  4. Reports for Hedging Purposes: Provides bi-weekly reports in cooperation with Global Treasury Requirements.
  5. Takes Full Accountability: Ensures senior management is provided with meaningful analysis and suggestions for alternatives or corrective actions when necessary to meet business/financial goals.
  6. Builds Professional Relations: Provides financial guidance / consultancy with contact persons in particular departments to effectively and efficiently manage budgets.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years finance or accounting experience in multi-national FMCG organization.
  • Fluency in English essential.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, GPM and Microsoft Excel essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong personality.
