As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services and products. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Client Relationship Building
    • Buid long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research on local, regional, and international markets to determine potential sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Event Organization
    • Organize events and webinars to attract new clients and promote our services and products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in CRM Systems
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems.
  • Language Skills
    • Native-level German and fluent English (C1 level).
  • Sales and Marketing Skills
    • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Team Player Personality
    • A team player personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
