As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services and products. Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Client Relationship Building
- Buid long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on local, regional, and international markets to determine potential sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Event Organization
- Organize events and webinars to attract new clients and promote our services and products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in CRM Systems
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM systems.
- Language Skills
- Native-level German and fluent English (C1 level).
- Sales and Marketing Skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Team Player Personality
- A team player personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
