We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Evolution. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff member as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, sign for deliveries, and direct them to the relevant staff member.
  • Manage the biometric system, taxi service, visitor sign-up system, and register visitors according to company policy.

This is a mid-senior level part-time position with a focus on administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary education
  • Good knowledge of Polish and English
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details
  • Multitasking and flexibility
