Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist to join our Global Shared Services team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. This is a unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS centre and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data entry, including vendor and supplier database management, information gathering, and data verification.
  • Support the Westinghouse supply chain by providing data needs, including vendor and supplier database management, and other processes.
  • Coordinate document management operations, including database maintenance, to ensure permanent long-term storage, protection, control, and retrieval of information.
  • Produce standard and non-standard reports using databases and query systems, and provide guidance and training to internal customers on Vendor Master Data.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and initiate new processes changes to prevent future data quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level agreements.

Requirements:

  • BA in Business or Equivalent.
  • Min 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service, and/or supply chain.
  • Fluency in both English and a minimum one other language will be an asset.
  • Good customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and organization, attention to details, and sense of accuracy.
  • Ability to use Westinghouse IT tools such as SAP, ARIBA, Prime, and report activities and track KPIs.
