Job DescriptionThis role involves analyzing and interpreting data to drive digital strategy and audience growth, developing insights to enhance engagement and support data-driven decision-making, collaborating with Digital teams to translate business needs into data solutions, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy, creating and maintaining dashboards, automating reporting for internal stakeholders, connecting and optimizing data across web, social, and CRM platforms, acting as the main advisor on digital data, web best practices, and performance optimization, supporting business units in leveraging data for growth, brand visibility, and client engagement, measuring marketing impact by linking activities to leads and forecasting trends, refining processes to improve efficiency, ROI, and execution across digital channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent English (C1/C2) is required;
- Strong understanding of data capabilities, web architecture, and design, with proficiency in Adobe Analytics and GA4;
- Knowledge of coding languages or modeling tools for data manipulation (e.g., BigQuery, SQL, R, Python, MATLAB, Stata);
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau;
- Proven track record in digital marketing, and applying digital technologies and products;
- Basic knowledge of SEO techniques and keyword research (preferred but not essential);
- Excellent understanding of marketing techniques, tools, and strategies;
- Experience connecting diverse data sources to enhance web performance and identify opportunities;
- Ability to use analytics and data to provide actionable insights and guidance;
- Demonstrated experience leading stakeholders, third-party vendors, and teams to execute data-driven campaigns;
- Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, solve complex data challenges, and ensure data accuracy;
