Main Responsibilities:
- Collect payments from assigned customer accounts across all company codes and divisions, including intercompany collection accounts when necessary.
- Conduct thorough analysis of monthly payment trends for assigned customers to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to unpaid invoices through root cause analysis.
- Provide regular reporting on cash collection performance and create ad-hoc reports as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly statements to customers, when applicable.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in cash flow analysis, financial operations, credit control, collection, or order-to-cash roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
