Job Title: Luxury Yacht Operations DirectorSalary:

€80,000 - €120,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Yacht Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury yachts, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Yacht Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of yacht operations, including navigation, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Crew Management: Recruit, manage, and support the crew to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of service.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for yacht owners, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards, planning and scheduling regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for yacht operations, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure all safety protocols are in place, manage risk assessments, and oversee emergency response procedures.
  • Logistics and Planning: Manage yacht itineraries, charter schedules, marina bookings, and logistical arrangements for smooth yacht operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in yacht management or the charter industry.
  • Technical experience or technical education to understand and supervise yacht service and maintenance work.
  • Knowledge of yacht charter laws and regulations.
  • Ability to cooperate in an international team and achieve goals together.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage the calendar and details of yachts.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages.
