Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to take on challenging transformation projects for our clients, primarily in the financial sector. As a key member of our team, you will convert client or product needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, organize and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders, and create and maintain up-to-date project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive business transformation strategies for clients, leveraging your expertise in Payments (Instant Payments SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, AZV, Target2, cryptocurrency) and business analysis standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by supporting them, answering their queries, and sharing necessary information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in designing user interfaces, configuring systems, and reviewing outputs, applying your analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess high interpersonal relationship skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced German language skills (C1) or higher.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in functional/business analysis and/or solution design.
  • English language skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
  • Familiarity with business analysis standards and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of UML and BPMN compliant business process modeling.
