Job Tasks:

  • Lead the implementation and execution of new liquidity initiatives to optimize working capital.
  • Create desktop procedures, process narratives, and standard operating procedures to streamline processes.
  • Assess and mitigate the potential impact on current processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Centralize reporting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure operational performance and actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement working capital improvements projects, driving process efficiencies and maximizing cash flow.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting metrics and performance.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead discussions with internal and external partners on topics related to working capital management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution and decision-making.
  • Ensure the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience with similar duties, preferably as a business and financial analyst with experience in supporting optimization strategies or financial liquidity.
  • Master's degree (required).
  • Master's degree in Economy/Finance (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with factoring and reverse factoring solutions implementations.
  • Advanced SAP and Excel skills.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, identify roadblocks, and connect the dots.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
