Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, customer success, and strategic account management.

About the Role:
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and optimize customer success strategies within our organization.
  • Support the development of customer business development blueprints by identifying trends, opportunities, and risks in account performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from customer and market data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic account initiatives.
  3. Develop dashboards and reports to track customer performance and portfolio coverage.
  4. Provide regular insights into customer health, risk factors, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, customer success, strategic account management, or data analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python).
