At TN Poland, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for all day-to-day recruitment responsibilities, including managing and overseeing full life cycle recruiting and hiring top talent globally for more than 19 countries.
About the Role:
- Proactively identifying and recruiting passive job seekers through various sourcing techniques, including social media.
- Finding and attracting qualified candidates by using posting and reviewing active applications in various electronic systems.
- Evaluating and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews according to identified qualification standards.
- Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Promoting and partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement successful candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
About You:
- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer (either an in-house, RPO, or staffing agency).
- You possess excellent communication skills, especially stakeholder management and managing expectations.
- You have a proven track record of successful recruiting results and experience with numerous sourcing techniques.
- You are familiar with applicant tracking systems and have strong collaboration skills.
