About the Role

As a highly skilled MACHINE LEARNING RESEARCH DIRECTOR, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in our AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex machine learning projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and implement novel AI algorithms and techniques, staying up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies for business growth
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative learning
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning research or engineering, with a strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala
  • 3+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong mathematical foundation, including statistics, probability, and discrete mathematics
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability
