About the Role

Aristocrat Interactive seeks an exceptional Senior 2D Artist to lead the visual direction of our projects, from concept development to final delivery. This key role will collaborate closely with product teams, animators, and developers to ensure seamless integration of artwork into the final product.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality 2D assets, including characters, environments, and UI elements, aligned with the game's visual style.
  • Develop and implement artistic vision through concept art, mood boards, and style guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and creativity in our products.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative art concepts and ideas for new projects.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a 2D artist in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and expertise.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital painting tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and lighting.
  • Experience creating artwork for games, including characters, environments, and UI elements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.
  • A good conversational and written English level for clear and effective communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
