Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to our marketing team by conducting research, creating engaging content, designing graphics, and analyzing data. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, assist in executing marketing campaigns, and develop new skills as needed to support marketing initiatives.

You will engage in strategic discussions, gaining insights into marketing operations and contributing to the success of our marketing efforts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategic Thinking: ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. We expect someone who will analyze data, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: demonstrates a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances, learn quickly, and adjust to new situations. We value those who approach challenges with flexibility and resilience.
  • Communication Skills: proficiency in both Polish - native and English at B2/C1 level, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Knowing how to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects is essential.
