About the Job

This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and driving client growth in the French market. As a Terminal Operations and Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical part in our Merchant Services unit, working closely with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Duties:

  1. Coordinate daily interactions with customers and sales teams to align on sales orders, volumes, delivery destinations, and timelines.
  2. Oversee sales administration, delivery planning, and liaison efforts with customers, Worldline teams, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations.
  3. Promptly handle customer invoicing and payment follow-ups to prevent delays.
  4. Address customer inquiries effectively, providing timely assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
  5. Maintain and optimize our tools in line with established processes to streamline operations.
  6. Support management in generating weekly/monthly KPI reports to inform business decisions.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in English and French: both verbal and written, for effective client and team communication.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on fostering strong relationships.
  • Ability to navigate customer-facing situations confidently and effectively.
  • A results-driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on success.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service and Logistics, preferably in Repair.
  • A deep understanding of Customer Service operational performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
