Customer Service Manager for French Markets

About the Job
This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and driving client growth in the French market. As a Terminal Operations and Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical part in our Merchant Services unit, working closely with customers and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate daily interactions with customers and sales teams to align on sales orders, volumes, delivery destinations, and timelines.
- Oversee sales administration, delivery planning, and liaison efforts with customers, Worldline teams, and logistics partners to maintain smooth operations.
- Promptly handle customer invoicing and payment follow-ups to prevent delays.
- Address customer inquiries effectively, providing timely assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain and optimize our tools in line with established processes to streamline operations.
- Support management in generating weekly/monthly KPI reports to inform business decisions.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in English and French: both verbal and written, for effective client and team communication.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on fostering strong relationships.
- Ability to navigate customer-facing situations confidently and effectively.
- A results-driven, self-motivated attitude with a focus on success.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Service and Logistics, preferably in Repair.
- A deep understanding of Customer Service operational performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
