We're seeking a talented Analytical Engineer to join our team and work with us in designing, building, and maintaining the AirHelp Data Platform, using modern data stack technologies like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and others.

About the Role:
You'll be working with a seasoned and highly motivated multi-cultural team of Data Engineers, DataOps Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to support business needs in a rapidly changing environment and help AirHelp reach the next level of data maturity. Your challenge will be to build and maintain scalable data models in SQL to support analytics and reporting, develop and optimize data transformations to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines, and optimize data warehouse performance by tuning queries, indexing, and storage strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain scalable data models in SQL to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize data transformations to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines.
• Optimize data warehouse performance by tuning queries, indexing, and storage strategies.
• Ensure data quality and validation through automated testing, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Manage data documentation and lineage to ensure transparency, governance, and reproducibility.

About You:
You'll ideally bring with you a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent, hands-on experience with data transformation and data modeling using dbt framework, solid understanding of data warehousing principles, concepts, and best practices, and experience with data visualization platforms (Periscope, Looker, Tableau). Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
