About the Job:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian language skills to work with an international client that provides customer experience solutions, including customer support, technical assistance, and digital engagement for businesses worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have fluent communication skills in Slovenian (C1/C2) and basic knowledge of English (A2/B1), as well as basic computer skills. The position requires a high level of empathy, good time management, and experience in customer service is a plus.

The job involves answering incoming phone calls and emails from Slovenian-speaking clients, providing technical support, and providing high-quality customer service.

**What We Offer:**

This is a full-time position working remotely from Poland with a monthly salary of 7300-7500 PLN gross and additional benefits such as private medical care, sports card, and life insurance.
