Customer Service Specialist with German Expertise

This position involves ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficiently resolving concerns. A key aspect of this role is providing guidance to colleagues, as well as collaborating on complex issues within established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- To meet customer KPI targets across multiple communication channels while adhering to data protection regulations.
- Deliver high-quality service by offering a customer-centric approach and effectively managing complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
- To address all incoming contacts from both internal and external customers via various channels.
- Accurately capturing data and recording it in the relevant systems.
- More experienced team members will support the Team Leader by mentoring and assisting team members in improving customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics within the business area.
- C1 level fluency in German language.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office package.
- The ability to demonstrate empathy and ownership of customer problems, instilling customer confidence.
