We seek a talented professional to join our team as a Corporate Development Associate. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end investment processes.
- Partnering with business leaders to drive market insights.
- Delivering recommendations to senior team members.
- Executing capital allocation strategies.
- Sourcing opportunities and conducting market and financial due diligence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking.
- Minimum 2 years of investment banking experience.
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in Web3 space and knowledge of blockchain technologies.
