We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Actions professional to join our team at STATE STREET CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Corporate Actions specialists and coordinating employees' performance and development.

- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Actions environment with a strong understanding of the lifecycle.
