As a Service Delivery Manager at Barilla Group, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service levels and timely delivery. With a strong focus on supply chain operations, you'll coordinate orders, manage customer communication, and execute demand planning activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective operation of the Contact Center for customers' needs related to order management, delivery status, system setup, procedures' implementation, master data, and invoicing.
  • Coordination of orders' process to increase OTD optimization, service level, and stock control.
  • Organization and execution of order book check availability in SAP.
  • Management of customer communication and processing of all customer complaints.
  • Execution of Demand Planning for assigned customers.
  • Follow-up on product availability from the network and third parties, reporting and controlling Inventory Adjustments.
  • Work on local/regional/international projects to simplify and optimize procedures.
  • Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels.
  • Collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Trade marketing, and Logistics to achieve optimization of all Demand Planning & Customer Service procedures.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or relevant studies; a Master's degree is highly appreciated.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, customer service, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel advanced).
  • Very good knowledge of SAP environment, considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with tight timelines.
  • Fluency in Polish and English language.
