  6. Be a subject matter expert for knowledge base matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business or communications, with at least three years of experience in knowledge management and content creation. They will also have proven success in managing change and continuous improvement, as well as excellent communication and writing skills.
