Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team in Central & Eastern Europe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our Talent Acquisition strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition plan to meet the needs of our business in Central & Eastern Europe.
  • Lead a team of Recruitment Leads and Recruiters to source and attract top talent for our organization.
  • Collaborate with Business and HR Leads to understand business priorities and create strategies to deliver talent needs.
  • Partner with the Europe Talent Acquisition Lead to introduce business unit needs into the Europe Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process.

Requirements

  • Strong Talent Acquisition background in demanding markets, gained in an international company.
  • Experience in leading and developing high performing teams, building engagement and guiding through change.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, able to suggest innovative ideas.
  • Full Professional Proficiency in English.
