About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst specializing in Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) to lead global projects from consulting and business analysis to hands-on implementation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead global IGA projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer adoption.
  • Act as a primary consultant, analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and architect solutions tailored to client needs, including hands-on implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and lead discussions at senior and top management levels.
  • Conduct business process analysis, workflow, and system architecture documentation.
  • Support testing, QA, and end-user training for smooth transition and adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience in IAM Cybersecurity as a Security Engineer, Architect, Consultant, or Business Analyst.
  • Minimum 5 years in a consulting role, with strong business analysis and project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IGA products such as SailPoint, One Identity, NetIQ, Omada.
  • Strong technical expertise in Cloud Security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Azure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in an agile environment.
