Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting pre-sales activities, and delivering product demonstrations online.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify potential clients within the small and medium business segment across French, German, and English-speaking markets;
- Communicate effectively with prospects via phone calls, emails, and online presentations to understand their fleet management needs and articulate the value proposition of our solution;
- Perform product demonstrations and presentations remotely to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our SAAS automotive fleet management solution;
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' specific requirements;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and materials to support sales efforts;
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients to close deals and achieve sales targets;
- Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a positive customer experience;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solution and differentiate our value proposition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred;
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the SAAS industry;
- Fluency in French and/or German, and English languages (written and verbal) is required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and resilience in a startup environment;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools;
- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and product features;
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed.
