Order Management Specialist with Italian

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders for assigned markets, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Process orders in SAP according to country-specific requirements, including sales, consignment orders, and free-of-charge deliveries.
  • Issue manual invoices and credit/debit notes.
  • Regularly review and update open order portfolios to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an asset.
  • University degree required.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1) and Italian (B2/C1) language skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in the SAP environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% office, 60% remote).
