Your role will involve providing IT support to end users located globally, analyzing and troubleshooting application/OS problems, and monitoring ticket timelines. You will also be responsible for contacting end users via phone, email, and chat, and working on 8-hour shifts from our office in Wrocław.
Requirements
- Deep experience in technical support
- English and Italian language skills at B2 level
- Good knowledge of a ticketing tool
- Team player attitude
- Organisational skills and the ability to set priorities effectively
