As a key member of our EMEA Benefits team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of EMEA Benefits operations and technology strategy that maximises the employee experience while leveraging cost-saving opportunities for the firm.

You will be responsible for supporting the administration of EMEA benefit programmes, including payrolls and employee queries, managing vendor relationships to ensure compliance with Vendor requirements, and identifying ongoing opportunities to automate processes and gain efficiencies across all EMEA locations.

In this role, you will also be involved in supporting the operational aspects of vendor performance against KPI's and supporting vendor contract reviews/renewals. You will work closely with the MI Team and broader Benefits Team to ensure data requirements are met and system automation of benefits/renewals is implemented effectively.
